発生原因
create-text-appは、新規または空のディレクトリーにのみひな形を作成するため、ファイルを上書きしません。.git ディレクトリーやエディターのフォルダー（.vscode、.idea）があっても問題ありません。
修正方法
新しいディレクトリー名を選んでください。
